Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Set Power Free United DAO LLC, known as the Green DAO ("BlockBot," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, 680 Cache Street, Ste 100, Jackson, WY 83001, USA. They cover your use of blockbot.green and the BlockBot pages you reach from it at app.blockbot.green, such as the waitlist confirmation and unsubscribe pages (together, the "Site"), the BlockBot waitlist, and BlockBot products and services as they launch (together, the "Services").

By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Services.

1. What BlockBot is, and what it is not

BlockBot is an AI assistant that will help people manage bills and payments, connect their own AI assistants with guardrails, and use the Green ecosystem. Today BlockBot is in early access. The Site shows a demo that runs on made-up demo data. It does not read your bills, connect to your accounts, or move money or GREEN. Features marked "Coming soon" do not exist yet, and features marked "In early access" run on demo data and test networks.

BlockBot is not a bank, money transmitter, exchange, custodian, broker or investment adviser. BlockBot does not hold your funds, does not hold your crypto, and does not give investment, trading, tax or legal advice. BlockBot prepares actions for you; you approve them.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you give us your name and email so we can tell you about your place in line and early access. Joining does not guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or any feature. We may change, delay or cancel early access at any time. You can stop BlockBot news at any time at app.blockbot.green/unsubscribe, and you can leave the waitlist entirely by emailing [email protected].

3. GREEN, rewards and NFTs

Parts of the Services describe GREEN, Green nodes, PowerPay NFTs and other Green ecosystem programs. Those programs are run by the Green Blockchain Node Network under its Charter and by their own operators (for example PowerPay under its own terms), not by these Terms.

GREEN is a utility token, not an investment. Rewards, rebates and distributions are not guaranteed, can change at any time by governance vote or program rules, and may have no value. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell tokens or NFTs, and nothing on the Site is investment advice. The value of digital assets can go to zero. You are responsible for your own decisions and any taxes.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to: give accurate information; keep your sign-in details private once accounts exist; use the Services only for lawful purposes; and not interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Site or Services. You will not describe BlockBot, GREEN or Green nodes to anyone as an investment or a way to make money, including when sharing a referral link.

When the app launches, you will also be responsible for: the limits and permissions you set; every payment, purchase, swap or setting change you approve; the security of your devices, passkeys and wallets; and your own recovery phrases and private keys, which BlockBot never sees and cannot recover.

5. Third-party services

The Services link to and will work with third parties such as PowerPay, the Green checkout, Stripe, Plaid, AI assistants you connect (for example Grok), and blockchain networks. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services, blockchain networks, network fees, forks, delays, or failed or irreversible transactions.

6. Our content and your feedback

The Site, its design, text, code, drawings and the BlockBot name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission, except to view the Site. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

7. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change the Services or these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a new date; material changes will be announced on the Site or by email. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Demo figures, estimates and plans shown by BlockBot are examples only, not advice, and results depend on your situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: we and our affiliates, suppliers and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or the cost of substitutes. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. These limits apply even if we were told such damages were possible. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

About the Green DAO: the Green DAO is a decentralized organization and may not hold assets sufficient to satisfy a judgment.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Trade sanctions and restricted places

You confirm you are not located in, or acting for anyone in, a country or on a list subject to U.S., EU or UN sanctions, and that you comply with export and sanctions laws. Under the Green Charter, people in restricted jurisdictions cannot hold GREEN or Green NFTs, so GREEN features will not be available there.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action, and each side waives trial by jury. We may seek an injunction in any court to protect our intellectual property. The prevailing party may recover reasonable costs and attorneys' fees. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

13. Electronic communications

By joining the waitlist or creating an account you agree that we may give you notices, terms, disclosures and receipts electronically, on the Site or by email, and that these count as "in writing." You need a device with internet access, a current browser and a valid email address. You can withdraw this consent by contacting us, which may end your ability to use the Services. Keep your email address current; a notice sent to the address on file counts as delivered.

14. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship, and nothing here benefits any third party. English controls over any translation. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain forks and network outages.
